Summer Day Camp
Our Summer Day Camp concluded on August 6. It was a week full of craft projects, fun games, and "Bible Encounter." We had four terrific counselors from Lutherhaven who led the camp, and many volunteers kindly spent their day helping out at the Church, as needed. For more information, go to Summer Day Camp.
Church Landscaping Project
We hope you've noticed, because the Church grounds fronting College Ave. sure look great! A big "thank you" to Dean, Golda, and Spike, who did the planting; the Pugh Brothers, who donated topsoil and did excavation work; and The Rental Store (located on N. 10th St.) donated the use of a tractor. You may have also seen the lovely planted pots that are on 10th, near the entrance to our basement level. All of the plants used in the landscapting project were generously donated to the Church.
